JLT Enterprises, LLC, warrants the HAY-EASY® Tarp System is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty is conditioned on the product only if it is properly installed and used for the purpose for which it was intended and is limited solely to the original buyer.
As a second warranty condition, and as a condition of purchase, the buyer, before installing and operating the HAY-EASY® Tarp System, from the date of purchase, the buyer agrees to both indemnify and hold harmless JLT Enterprises, LLC including manufacturer and retail organizations, from any and all liability, causes of action, claims, demands, costs or debts of any kind or nature, incurred or arising from or out of the buyer’s or other’s use of the HAY-EASY® Tarp System.
